Redbox Workforce Training is a newly established South East Melbourne based training business operated as a family business. Our lead trainer, Sheena Thomas, is a Registered Nurse with over 20 years of clinical experience across aged care, cardiac care, and rehabilitation settings, and holds a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122). Our initial focus is on delivering practical, hands-on first aid and CPR training — specifically HLTAID011 Provide First Aid and HLTAID009 Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation — to individuals and organisations across South East Melbourne. We operate a group training model, delivering courses from a dedicated training venue, with plans to expand our course offering over time under the Redbox Workforce Training brand. We have identified strong demand in our local area and hold existing professional relationships within sectors that require regular, compliance-driven training renewals. Our goal is to build a reputable, high-quality training business that delivers genuine competency outcomes for every participant — not just a compliance checkbox.
